‘BIG DADDY MO’ IS A LOVE THEMED PROJECT THAT CONSCRIPTS HUMOR AND DIALECT WHILE BROADENING THE CONVERSATION
It is a humid Sunday evening as I make my way to the venue for ‘Yaba Left Something’ – an evening of music cum listening party organized by WeTalkSound (An online music community)
And as the show commences, first with a freestyle session, The MC introduces a young man to the audience - dressed in a black tee, a jean and slugging a cross bag sporting a hairstyle that easily gnaws your attention without you helping it and a facial structure that further singles him out.
He sings-raps first accapella and then later on an instrumental with a healthy injection of humor as people in the crowd give him a word to freestyle with while ogling him on.
But one thing is certain – his talent is effortless!
His freestyle session windups and is treated to cheers of approval by the crowd and then MO’ Believe takes a seat.
