The Beat smith behind the rise of a new breed of fan base – The Marlians heralded by Rapper Naira Marley and seconded by Zlatan. And he has carved a niche for himself courtesy his producing prowess and affiliations with this artiste.
All this is coming off an impressive 2019 where he produced Bangers and even got rewarded at The Soundcity MVP’s for ‘Producer of The Year’.
In a Music industry where Producers are one of the most marginalized creatives. And for many, they are content with producing songs for artistes or at least making couple of songs with artistes. Many have shied away from making projects.
Rexxie therefore has taken a bold step and put together a Seven Track EP ‘AfroStreets Vol 1’.

Rexxie kicks off the project paying homage to his Igbo roots on a ’Traditional’ beat with folklore flute and no vocals on it. The flute you likely would hear at the conferring of a chieftaincy title.
