SOMADINA DEBUT EP “5 STAGES” (OF GREIF) BRILLIANTLY BOLSTERS WHY MUSIC FROM AN EMOTIVE PLACE CONNECTS THE MOST.

Fire Boy did it in 2019 on ‘Laughter Goose bumps and Tears’ – You could hear the soul and the ‘honesty’ in his music – it stirred emotions and rightfully found its way to the pinnacle of albums released last year.

First time I came across Somadina’s music was on Lady Donli’s ‘Flava’ featuring her and Amarrae off her “Enjoy your life’ album. One line was enough to make me pay more attention to her sound - “I don’t accept apologies except it is monetized”.

An artiste with a commendable yet unrepentant/unapologetic R&B feel to her music, an art that seems ENE slipping into oblivion especially in this part of the world.

This is for the broken, the bruised and the lost. Thank you for understanding me. I hope this helps you heal. Let’s spread the word” She took to her twitter page to announce the release of her debut offering.

This project as she further explained on The PGM Show via face time less than an hour to the release of her EP “To grieve over the loss of a loved one is one thing, to grieve over the loss of love is another thing”. And she further goes to talk about the therapeutic effect her music had on a grieving roommate.
