“SOUNDS OF MXM” IS A DEBUT NOBLE EFFORT FOR THIS YOUNG AVANT-GARDE COLLECTIVE SET TO MAKE A STATEMENT.

This was the bio(Paraphrased) that accompanied the mail I got to review this project – ‘SOUNDS OF MXM’ by the collective tagged’ Maxtermix Music Group’ which consists of two producers Don Ozi and Enjahn who have been making music collectively since 2016.

A Four track EP with collaborations with seven new school artistes – Wizzy J, Jay 10, Bee Z, 808VIC, Nomo, Kojau and Ripper.

While Production was Split between Enjhan and Don Ozi and Mixing and Mastering solely rested on the shoulders of Enjhan with assistance from 808Vic and Kojan.



“ROKITMAN” (Pronounced ‘Rocket Man’) Featuring Wizzy J and Jay 10

On this project, Don Ozi and Enjhan decide to kick off this project on a ‘lovey dovey’ mood.

Thematically, the song is about the ‘convincing’ of a love interest who seems to want to settle for a financial stable man.

I remember casually taking the first listen of this project and I had to put this song on repeat! – So much for replay value.
